Sergio Becerra

President

My name is Sergio and I'm a 5th year industrial engineer out of San Diego. I played baseball all my life and a big Padres fan (sad right?). I enjoy hanging out with the guys and will basically bet on anything you can think of. I someday hope to land a job in sales and enjoy talking to people. Turn up.

Deniz Tumer

Vice President

Deniz is a 5th year software engineering major. When he isn't saving the world one line of code at a time he can be found raising chickens and cooking Louisiana style mac and cheese. He is known for his gray hair and sound advice and is often referred to as "my dad". He hopes to do his best motivating chairs to set and attain beneficial goals for the chapter this next year and finally find that sweater he lost at the chapter house last year.

Connor Holliman

Secretary

Connor Holliman is a third year History major from Oakland, California. When not watching the Golden State Warriors, he can be found playing fifa, golfing, doing puzzles, or taking out the trash. Hopes to become an astronaut or garbageman.

Joe Henry

Treasurer

Joe Henry is a 3rd year Business Administration student concentrating in Financial Management. Born and raised in Sacramento, Joe became a member of Phi Sigma Kappa during the fall of his freshman year. In his free time he can be seen breaking ankles on the basketball court, as well as hanging out with his brothers. Joe became Treasurer so that he can give back to his chapter in the best way that he can. In the future he plans to do something in Finance, whatever that may be.

Jason Moser

Inductor

Jason Moser is a fourth year Business major concentrating in Finance. Growing up in Carmel Valley, California, Moser developed a love for the outdoors at an early age. Before coming to Cal Poly, he frequently spent his time fishing, hiking, and hunting with his dog, Daisy. Currently, he plans to graduate next fall, where he will pursue a career in sales. Moser has been a Phi Sig since his first year at Cal Poly, and hopes his experiences will help educate new members on the three cardinal principles of Phi Sigma Kappa: Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Character.

Mack Lennon

Sentinel

Currently a 5th year mechanical engineering student. Interests include prototype vehicle club, cooking, football, hanging out with friends, video games, movies and snowboarding. I wanted to be Sentinel because I believe in the importance of our rituals and traditions, and want to maintain that for future Phi Sigs. An interesting fact is that I have an uncle named John Lennon.... Just not The John Lennon.

Joe Shutz

Social Chair

I live a pretty classic college life – juggling school, friends, fraternity, my dog, my girlfriend and a hand full of things to keep me alive (like eating). The places I frequent during the school year are the broadcasting studio, the library, every sports facility as I am a sports reporter for Mustang News, the fraternity house and finally my bed. With all of this on my plate I hardly have time to get out and enjoy myself. That’s why I take every opportunity I can get to go out into nature. I am an avid camper/nature enthusiast and my bucket-list includes every state park in California. My hometown is Sacramento California the City of Trees. I have recently been interning at KCRA-3 the local news station and have learned a lot about the community I live in (the good and the bad).

Tom Koenitzer

Philanthropy Chair

Tom Koenitzer is a second year aerospace engineering student from Petaluma, California. He intends to pursue a concentration in astronautics and further his career in the space industry after graduating. Outside of the classroom, Tom enjoys exploring the central coast, scuba diving, and chowing down on a Firestone tri-tip sandwich every now and then. Tom is excited to have the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of others through philanthropy in this coming year.

Kyle Crooks

Rush Chair

My name is Kyle Crooks and I am a 3rd year Industrial Engineering major. I recently spent part of my summer studying at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China learning about quality engineering. Hangzhou is located about a few hours south of Shanghai. After my trip to China and learning about their health care industry, I realized my passion for biomedical devices and hope to pursue a career in medical device manufacturing. I joined Phi Sigma Kappa because I believe it defies the typical stereotype Fraternities get and is a chapter of genuine men. I have since met some of my closest friends in this chapter. I ran for rush chair because I hope to recruit men who will make Phi Sig a better place and I want to give these men an opportunity to meet the same life long friends that I have.
